Today seven Year 13 students from Wheatley Park School, Oxfordshire took the initiative and ran their own cake sale devoting their breaks and lunchtime to help raise funds towards the ForJane cause. Several of the students spent time at home cooking cakes to sell.During the event they proudly sported ForJane T-shirts and balloons and by the end of the day they had raised a magnificent over £80. As I have said before whilst funds are welcome, what is even more important is raising awareness. And nothing can be better than raising awareness amongst young adults. So we feel immensely proud of their efforts - and all we can say is a BIG THANK YOU!
