Whether it is looking at yourself in a picture or watching yourself on video, it is hardly ever a satisfying experience, so excuse me it I don't watch this myself. Nevertheless because this blog is not about me but SUDEP awareness then we have pleasure in adding one of the clips played out on BBC South TV yesterday.
